
Day three of the water fast and I'm going strong! I weighed in at 144 again this morning, but I'm well-hydrated so I'm assuming a couple pounds of that is excess water weight. Last night I was really tired so I didn't manage to go to the gym again, but I did jog for a short while. Today there'll be lots of swimming and I'll go to the gym this evening - I'm going for 800 calories burned today. Not sure when I'm going to break my fast - I know the longer you fast the easier it gets, so now I'm looking at at least one more day for sure. My parents are really on me about it though, so I might have to have a salad sometime soon to appease them. Oh well.
You're so right about it getting easier the longer it gets!
