July 19



I've decided to continue fasting. I had a glass of water today and then went to the gym - my dad was in a rush so I only got about 45 minutes in. I was in the sauna for 10 and then did 340 calories on the stepper. After that I came home and weighed in - 144 lbs! I know that some of that is water weight from the sauna, but still, it's nice to see on the scale. Hopefully I'll get a chance to go back to the gym again today, but at the very least I should see about 60+ minutes of swimming and 90+ minutes of hiking.

I think the lorazepam I started taking on Friday is improving my mood and helping me sleep. It also seems to be suppressing my appetite somewhat, although I'm not sure if that's the drug or just me. It seems that "change in appetite" is one of the less common side effects, but I'm not sure if that's it. Nevertheless, it's reduced my anxiety somewhat successfully. Next time I see the doctor I'm going to try to get my prescription increased.
